Registered Pumper/Haulers

Manheim Township is compiling a list of Registered Pumper/Haulers, consisting of sole proprietor’s, companies, partnerships or corporations, licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for use by our residents.  Registered firms may engage in cleaning any or all components of an Individual On-Lot System within the Township and evacuate and transport the septage cleaned therefrom to a licensed disposal facility.  Pumper/Hauler truck operators are responsible for providing a “Pumper Report and Receipt” for every pumping of an on-lot system in the Township to the property owner and to the Township.
